Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 15 ml garlic powder – 15 ml smoked paprika – 15 ml onion powder
- 1-2 tbsp. medium or hot piri piri sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 4 celery stalks
- 4 medium carrots
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. plain yogurt
- 10 ml garlic powder – 10 ml dried dill
- 1/2 cup medium or hot piri piri sauce
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk the flour with the milk, spices, Piri Piri sauce, salt and pepper.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Add the cauliflower pieces to the mixture. Dip and cover with a thin layer of the mixture then place on the baking sheet.
- Bake the cauliflower in the oven for 24-28 minutes until browned, turning it halfway through cooking.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt, spices and pepper.
- Add 1-2 tbsp. of water for a more runny sauce.
- When the cauliflower is cooked, put it in a bowl with the Piri Piri sauce. Mix gently.
- Serve the cauliflower wings with the vegetables and ranch sauce.
